This is an individual research report based on interview data obtained from a London businessman who recently launched his unique concept of internet cafù providing a host of facilities along with some basic services of surfing and email. The various themes of risk taking preferences, focus on innovation, revenue generation methods, focus on marketing and advertising, seeking, identifying and creating opportunities and the strong need for achievement have been highlighted. The interview data was analyzed to investigate whether the themes identified for successful business management would be applicable in this case. The importance of the qualitative interview process in determining the cognitive characteristic that distinguish a successful entrepreneur are also discussed in this study.
